Senior AI Engineer, Downstream - Innovation & Strategy

Westpac Group is seeking a Chief AI Engineer - Downstream to transform emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes. You will lead the design of advanced AI, agentic systems and intelligent automation to solve complex challenges spanning multiple domains and disciplines.

This role bridges experimentation and enterprise-scale adoption. Based in Sydney or the Gold Coast, you will shape how one of Australia's largest institutions reasons, learns and acts in the age of AI, partnering
