Detailed Job Description

Seeking a Senior Payroll Transformation Project Manager with strong experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll and payroll transformation programs. The candidate will lead end-to-end payroll transformation, including planning, process design, testing, deployment, stakeholder management, budgeting, executive reporting, risk management, and compliance. Experience with ADP-to-Oracle migration is preferred, along with knowledge of U.S. and U.K. payroll and global payroll processes.

           Responsibilities

·         Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll transformation projects from planning through deployment.

·         Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.

·         Drive payroll process design, testing, implementation, and deployment.

·         Coordinate with business, payroll, HR, IT, and vendor teams.

·         Manage complex stakeholder communications and executive reporting.

·         Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation plans.

·         Ensure payroll processes meet U.S., U.K., and global compliance requirements.

·         Support ADP-to-Oracle migration activities and data/process transition.
