Service Designer - Workshops & Innovation (Flexible)

The University of Melbourne is seeking a Service Designer to join the FEIT Infrastructure Team. This full time, fixed term role works on specialist service design across workshops, venues and spaces to shape safe, inclusive learning experiences in collaboration with academics and technical experts.

You will lead user research, create service blueprints, map journeys and drive improvements with data driven metrics while ensuring changes are implementable and well documented.
