Job Title: AV Solutions Architect / Design Lead
Location: Boston, MA- Onsite
Duration: 6 Months

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AV Solutions Architect / Design Lead to define enterprise AV architecture, establish global design standards, and lead the design of modern collaboration spaces, including conference rooms, boardrooms, studios, and auditoriums.

 

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AV Solution Design & Architecture
• Expertise in Audio, Video, Control Systems, Networking, and LED Video Walls
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Streaming Platforms
• Knowledge of Digital Signage (Appspace, BrightSign) and Workplace Integration (Eptura Engage)
• Strong understanding of AV standardization, scalability, and lifecycle planning

 

Key Responsibilities

• Define AV architecture, standards, and reference designs
• Lead AV solution design for enterprise collaboration environments
• Drive AV-as-a-Service (AVaaS) strategy and OEM standardization
• Oversee AV implementation, integrations, and lifecycle upgrades
• Ensure seamless integration with collaboration and workplace platforms

 

Preferred Certifications

• AVIXA CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist – Design)
• Crestron, QSC, or other relevant OEM certifications

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
