Title: Oracle DBA

Location: Austin, TX (Remote)

Duration: 6 – 18 Months Contract

Description:

The primary responsibility is to design and execute database upgrades from Oracle 19c to Oracle 23ai, and to maintain multiple environments that support ETL activities. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Grid Infrastructure setup and maintenance, security vulnerability compliance, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

·        Infrastructure management with Oracle 19c version or higher

·        Grid infrastructure (ASM, Clusterware)

·        High availability (Goldengate, Active Data Guard)

·        Advanced scripting (Linux, SQL)

Preferred

·        Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)

·        Experience working with a hosting vendor

·        Experience working with Oracle PeopleSoft products
