Job Description

Your new companyWe are seeking a reliability engineer for a manufacturing business in South Norfolk. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a keen interest in reliability to lead engineering initiatives to maximise uptime, improve machine performance and reduce maintenance costs. You will be working closely with the engineering, operations and production teams.Your new roleYou will drive equipment reliability and downtime reduction through root cause analysis and corrective actions.Develop and optimise predictive and preventative maintenance (PPM) strategiesUsing tools (Power BI & OMP) to analyse performance and identify improvement opportunitiesApply predictive techniques (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis)Support continuous improvement and long term engineering strategySupport capital projects, upgrades and innovation initiativesPromote safe working practices across the siteWhat you'll need to succeedIdeally, you will have completed an engineering-related apprenticeship with experience in manufacturing. You will have strong mechanical engineering knowledge and fault-finding skills.
