The Role • Lead and manage a Building Services Design team, overseeing M&E design and delivery. • Ensure the technical quality, compliance, and coordination of HVAC, lighting, and power systems. • Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other disciplines on complex construction projects. • Manage client relationships and business development activities, including bid submissions. • Oversee design quality, feasibility studies, and condition reports. • Maintain team development, utilization, and resource balancing against workload. What You'll Need • Chartered Engineer status with CIBSE or IET membership. • Degree in Mechanical Building Services or Electrical Engineering. • Significant knowledge of M&E design principles and application in construction. • Experience in managing engineering teams and client relations. • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. • Familiarity with quality procedures and document control in engineering design.
