Our client, a large national dealership in Ballymena, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. Duties:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify new business opportunities to increase dealership sales
• Support and develop team members through coaching and mentoring
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service
• Strategic planning to maximise sales opportunities
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions to colleagues and customers
• Influence and persuade in various circumstances to secure sales
• Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and empathy
• Ensure all team members adhere to industry regulations and dealership policies
• Hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 6 months

Requirements for the Car Sales Manager position:

• Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience
• Strong leadership qualities with an enthusiastic personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to achieve targets and motivate a team
• Skilled in identifying opportunities and influencing customer decisions
• Ability to think strategically and demonstrate empathy
• Full driving licence for at least 6 months
