You'll have the opportunity to build sophisticated LLM-based applications, experiment with emerging AI capabilities and contribute to products that have a genuine impact on end users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create custom evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, reliability and product effectiveness.
  • Design scalable, maintainable software solutions using Python and modern cloud technologies.
  • Integrate AI capabilities across platform systems, content pipelines and user-facing products.
  • Prototype and productionise novel AI interactions by leveraging the latest developments in AI research.
  • Implement testing, monitoring and guardrails to ensure quality, safety and observability across AI systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer and business requirements into impactful AI products.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for hands-on AI engineers who can demonstrate ownership of the products they've built.

You'll ideally have:

  • Commercial experience designing and delivering AI products and solutions.
  • Strong experience building LLM-based applications and AI-driven products.
  • Excellent prompt engineering skills and experience designing agentic systems and workflows.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Python.
  • Experience working with cloud environments and CI/CD practices.
  • A product mindset with a focus on customer outcomes and business value.
  • The ability to work across strategy, engineering and product development.
  • Experience creating meaningful AI evaluation methods and custom performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible and remote-friendly working arrangements.
  • Annual learning and development budget for conferences and training.
  • Annual home office and IT equipment allowance.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with an international, high-performing team.
  • Global company retreats and team events.
  • The opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products that are shaping the future of personalised learning.

If you're a hands-on AI engineer who loves building products, experimenting with emerging technologies and delivering real customer impact, we'd love to hear from you.
