Data Analyst-PowerBI

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Analyst-PowerBI.
 
Position type: Contract (12 months w/ extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ
Hybrid (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)
 
As a Data Analyst-PowerBI, you will:
 
Day to Day Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights for technology, risk, and governance stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using Power Query and ETL methodologies.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Create and manage user stories, requirements, and development activities within Jira for ServiceNow development.

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Power BI development skills (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow for workflow automation.
• Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
