What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing high-quality candidates.
  
  
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement.
• Winning new business and growing your own client portfolio.
• Negotiating offers and providing an exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
• A proactive, resilient and ambitious attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career.
