Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead.

We are working with a global manufacturing company who are recruiting for an Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead.

1 year contract can be remote or hybrid in the London office

£550 a day Inside IR35

You will be responsible for the digital end-to-end orchestration, governance, phased delivery, and readiness of the Enterprise Planning Transformation.

This role drives the design, implementation, and industrialization of priority next generation planning capabilities within current funded scope, while maintaining readiness for future solution deployment (eg OMP) such as

• Business TOM high level alignment and translation into planning system impact
• Planning process standardization (Demand, Supply, Materials, Scheduling alignment)
• Planning data readiness and integration dependencies
• Future planning system readiness (eg Kinaxis/OMP)
• Analytics to deliver insights-driven planning and performance monitoring.

This position ensures that the enterprise planning program delivers measurable business value, enhances supply chain resilience, and supports the Digital First ambition. The role will shape digital ways of working, establish new operating models across markets and clusters, and embed the right digital capabilities into the core of how planning is executed.

The PNE Enterprise Planning Digital Transformation Lead operates at the intersection of Digital, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Cluster leadership. The role reports into the Pet Nutrition Europe Digital leadership team member and collaborates with:

Factories: production sequencing implementation.

Clusters: 33 European markets for demand and supply planning transformation.

Central Supply & Digital Teams: To ensure global alignment, technical excellence, and funding governance.

Digital Vendors: To secure delivery of scalable, future-proof solutions.

This is a business-critical transformation program with a direct impact on service, cost, resilience, and agility across Europe. Success requires balancing strategic vision, technical knowledge, and operational execution.

Knowledge and Experience:

8-10 years of progressive leadership in digital supply chain or enterprise planning transformation.

Experience contributing to or leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programs at scale.

Experience in factory scheduling/production sequencing, inventory management, and demand/supply planning.

Strong program management background leading multi-million, multi-country digital transformations
