The Role • Act in a lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. • Assist in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and merchandising programs. • Provide exemplary customer service and greet customers entering the store. • Operate cash register, process customer purchases, and handle payments. • Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Perform essential duties including cash handling, deposit preparation, and security monitoring in a leadership capacity. What You'll Need • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and understand cash handling procedures. • Knowledge of cash, facility, and safety control policies. • Effective interpersonal and communication skills. • Understanding of safety policies and practices. • Ability to read and follow plan-o-grams and merchandise presentation guidance. • High school diploma or equivalent, with preferred supervisory or related experience.
