Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to analyze supply chain data, monitor inventory and demand, support forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience working with Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain data.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand patterns, and supply availability.
- Support demand forecasting and supply planning activities.
- Identify supply chain risks, delays, and operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports.
- Develop dashboards and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs.
- Analyze purchasing, transportation, and inventory costs.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Operations.
- Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of demand forecasting and supply planning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of supply chain KPIs and performance reporting.
- Experience with process improvement and cost optimization.
