We're hiring on behalf of a leading international staffing and recruitment firm, operating across 40 countries, to fill a crucial role within a well-established manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a motivated team in a dynamic production environment.

The Role

• Independently set up, prepare, and operate casting machinery for cylinder heads and crankcases.
• Monitor and optimize machine parameters to ensure efficient production.
• Oversee and guarantee product quality standards are met.
• Perform minor maintenance on machinery and equipment.

What You'll Need

• Experience in production or assembly is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
• A completed vocational training is mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including a 4-shift rotating schedule (covering 24 hours).
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in hot environments.
