Role Overvie

wWe are looking for a proactive and street-smart Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM) to drive and execute on-ground BTL campaigns across assigned cities. The role involves campaign execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, team handling, and building strong relationships with RWAs and housing societies

Key Responsibiliti

esPlan and execute BTL activities such as lift branding, gate branding, canopy activities, flea markets, sampling, and society activation

s.Secure permissions from RWAs and societies for campaign executio

n.Manage and guide a team of Business Executives for smooth on-ground operation

s.Build and maintain local vendor networks for logistics, printing, and manpower requirement

s.Track campaign performance, maintain reports, and manage budgets using Exce

l.Coordinate with internal teams and resolve stakeholder or operational escalation

s.Build strong relationships with RWAs, society committees, and local influencer
