Job Title: Specialty Support II

Job Details

  • Location: Memphis Print Shop – 3926 Willow Lake Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118
  • Work Schedule: Onsite
  • Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Overtime: No overtime or weekend work expected
  • Duration: 6-month contract with a medium possibility of extension or conversion based on business needs

Position Overview

 

Client is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated Specialty Support II professional to join its growing Print Shop Engineering Support Team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting production operations, leveraging technology, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient Print Shop operations.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Quickly learn and leverage client technologies, tools, and best practices to support Print Shop operations.
  • Provide basic software and computer hardware support for the Print Shop team.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on printers.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain sealing equipment.
  • Manage user accounts for Uluro and other internal applications.
  • Resolve technical issues independently while escalating more complex issues as needed.
  • Provide first-level support for the FPS Application system and partner with the development team to troubleshoot application issues.
  • Create signature and logo files from submitted customer forms.
  • Accurately document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and related software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of related technical support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting printers or production equipment.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with user account administration and internal business applications.
  • Exposure to production support or manufacturing/print shop environments is a plus.
