2. PRIMARY TECHNICAL & FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Technical Embedment: Embed with field technicians on-site across data centers and utility grids to identify workflow bottlenecks,
extracting and structuring raw operational SOPs into AI-usable knowledge graphs.
Scrappy Integrations & RAG Pipelines: Architect and deploy production RAG pipelines, APIs, and custom integrations connecting smart
glass hardware into enterprise systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, CMMS, ERPs).
Custom AI Evals & Model Optimization: Design vertical-specific evaluation frameworks using sparse real-world field data, partnering with
internal R&D teams to fine-tune VLM and computer vision models.
End-to-End Customer Lifecycle: Own technical delivery from late-stage customer demos through onboarding, multi-site deployments, and
technical account scaling.
Product Feedback Loop & Change Management: Channel field edge cases and user feedback back into core product design while leading
change management within legacy enterprise operations.
3. CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & CORE REQUIREMENTS
1 5 Years Forward-Deployed / Solutions Engineering Experience: Proven background as a hands-on Forward-Deployed Engineer,
Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Engineer for industrial or enterprise customers.
Hands-On Technical Builder (MUST Ship Code): Must be actively writing code, building RAG/ETL pipelines, and shipping integrations
independently NOT a pure pre-sales strategist or non-coding consultant.
AI-Native & Multimodal Proficiency: Familiarity with Vision-Language Models (VLMs), computer vision, LLMs, AI evals, webhooks, and
REST/ETL data pipelines.
Customer-Facing Polish & Field Mobility: High emotional intelligence and adaptability to navigate both executive boardrooms and hands-on
industrial environments (~25 50% customer travel).
