Are you an expert in SAP integration ready to drive a major digital transformation? We are seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join a multi-year modernization initiative for a leading manufacturer in the Americas. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our client transition their core business processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA by leading the design and execution of their end-to-end integration strategy.

responsibilities:
- Map complex enterprise system interfaces, identify critical dependencies, and define the overall integration reconnection plan.
- Build, architect, and optimize the end-to-end integration landscape across both SAP and external non-SAP environments.
- Lead alignment workshops with business stakeholders, helping translate strategic goals into concrete technical integration designs.
- Design and execute the critical integration blackout and transition strategy for a seamless cutover.
qualifications:
Core SAP Experience: 9-10+ years of experience working on large-scale SAP system landscapes.
Migration Expertise: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience specifically focused on migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Integration Architecture: Deep experience in mapping, blueprinting, and designing integration pathways between SAP platforms and legacy systems.
Onsite Presence: Must be local to Tampa, FL, and able to work onsite Monday through Thursday (4 days a week).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Functional domain familiarity with SAP PP (Production Planning) or PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.
Background working in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial supply sectors.
Strong consulting skills with a proven track record of driving decision-making and alignment across IT teams and business leaders.
