Job Description

Kfz-Mechatroniker/Kfz-Monteur | Weißenfels, Germany | On-site

We are the leading experts in vehicle glass repair and replacement in Germany, operating over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units nationwide. Our commitment to safety, reliability, and quality makes us stand out in the automotive service industry.

The Role

  • Perform the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
  • Assume the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations planning.
  • Provide customer service and consultations from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
  • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders.
  • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician.
  • Willingness to complete the required examination for Operations Manager or already possess HWK certification.
  • A valid Class B driver's license and good PC skills.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, in a team, and a commitment to collaborative and trustworthy work.
  • Good German language skills.
