The Role • Perform the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations planning. • Provide customer service and consultations from order acceptance to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to complete the required examination for Operations Manager or already possess HWK certification. • A valid Class B driver's license and good PC skills. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities. • Ability to work independently, in a team, and a commitment to collaborative and trustworthy work. • Good German language skills.
