The Role • Build and maintain wealth management relationships with existing benefit and retirement plan participants. • Prospect for new business opportunities through internal and external partnerships. • Provide advisory services and solutions to meet individual client needs and investment objectives. • Conduct regular client meetings and annual reviews to ensure portfolios align with objectives. • Prepare account paperwork and provide ongoing client servicing with operational and compliance support. • Present Financial Wellness Seminars to firm participants, leveraging provided training and support. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related experience. • Valid Series 7, 65, and 66 licenses. • Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships. • Experience in financial advising, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role. • Strong prospecting and business development skills. • Commitment to maintaining a compliance-focused mindset and behavior.
