Job Title: Paraplanner

Location: Fleet Hybrid 1-day WFH

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 DOE plus incentives

Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm or 9 am to 3 pm

About the role of Paraplanner:

Our client is an established specialist property finance brokerage, working with property investors, landlords and developers across the UK. The business specialises in high-value, often complex property finance transactions, providing tailored funding solutions across Buy-to-Let, portfolio finance, bridging and development finance.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a full time and a part-time Mortgage Paraplanner / Case Manager with Buy-to-Let experience to work closely with their advisors.

You will play an important part in sourcing Buy-to-Let and property finance solutions on behalf of advisors, as well as packaging and progressing transactions through to completion. You'll be dealing with high-value cases and working directly with lenders, underwriters, valuers, solicitors and clients to keep transactions moving.

Responsibilities for the role of Paraplanner:

• Source suitable Buy-to-Let and property finance solutions against broker requirements
• Research lender criteria and prepare accurate sourcing information
• Prepare and package mortgage applications and supporting documentation
• Review client information to ensure applications are complete and accurate
• Liaise with lenders, underwriters, valuers and solicitors to progress cases
• Chase outstanding documents, information and conditions
• Monitor key milestones, deadlines, offers and completion targets
• Maintain accurate case records across CRM systems, spreadsheets and lender portals
• Keep brokers updated on progress and flag issues or delays early
• Support the wider team with research, administration and day-to-day case management

Experience required for the role of Paraplanner:

• Proven experience within a UK mortgage lender, broker or packager
• Experience handling complex Buy-to-Let and property investment cases
• Understanding of BTL lending criteria, lender appetite and sourcing
• Commercial, highly organised and confident managing multiple live cases
