Senior Java/Kotlin Developer (SC Cleared)

Contract: Inside IR35
Rate: Up to £450 per day
Location: Primarily remote, with travel required once per month to a client site in London, Birmingham, or Sheffield (expenses not covered)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java/Kotlin Developer to join a high-profile public sector programme delivering critical digital services. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern engineering environment, contributing to the development and enhancement of large-scale, user-focused systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience developing applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong software engineering and Back End development expertise.
• Ability to contribute across the full software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable Skills

• TypeScript experience.
• Experience with OAuth authentication and authorisation.
