Salesforce Agentforce Project Manager

They want AI Agent force experience and young TPM with relevant experience in Salesforce

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) managing end-to-end software delivery, with Salesforce platform experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of AI Agentforce (Salesforce Agentforce); knowledge of AI/Generative AI solutions is highly desirable.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, risk management, dependency tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive status reporting using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and business teams to support CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and AI-driven initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality executive presentations, project dashboards, and quick-turnaround PowerPoint decks to communicate project progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor delivery metrics, resolve project roadblocks proactively, and ensure successful project execution while maintaining high quality standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
