Job Description

Split Shift: 06:00 - 15:00 / 13:00 - 22:00Were looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a global facilities management business on a large campus in Essex. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll be:

  • Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systems
  • Working on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
  • Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
  • Maintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all times

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll need:

  • To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance
  • Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems
  • Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
