World Relief seeks a manager to lead its growing Donations Management Team.  This role is accountable for the timely, accurate, secure, and donor-centered processing of charitable contributions across giving channels. This role establishes operational standards, supervises staff, owns policies and controls, collaborates with Advancement, Finance, IT, and other partners, and ensures donation records, receipting, fund coding, reconciliation, and donor service are completed with integrity.

The Manager serves as the primary escalation point for complex gift-processing issues and ensures the function remains aligned with organizational priorities, accepted nonprofit gift-administration practices, and audit-ready documentation.  As World Relief continues to expand, it is vital that this role is someone who can also have a vision for the future of how we can provide world class donations management services.
