70,000 - 80,000 plus bonus package

Your new role
Our client is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Leader to lead revenue growth, develop high-performing teams and strengthen key customer relationships.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Strategic Accounts who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to account growth and commercial performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering sustainable revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities and implementing sales strategies that support long-term business objectives.

  • Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales and account management teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic customers.
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and sales performance reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements.
  • Develop and improve sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworks.
  • Deliver accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support wider business objectives.
  • Maintain full ownership of commercial performance and profitability.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven success in sales leadership or commercial management roles.
  • Track record of delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong account management and strategic relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing significant commercial budgets or P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Experience negotiating and securing high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background within FMCG, Logistics and Distribution
