We're expanding and seeking a skilled CRM Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications.
  
• Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, scripts, and integrations.
  
• Configure CRM modules to meet functional requirements.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and solution architects to deliver quality outcomes.
  
• Support integrations using Azure, APIs, and related technologies.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  
• Ensure all development aligns with security, compliance, and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, solution layering, and deployment best practices.
  
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and custom connectors.
  
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking, CI/CD, and solution deployment.
  
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and root cause analysis capabilities.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  
• Proven ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within structured and compliance-driven environments.
