Sr. Fullstack Platform Engineer

We''re building a proprietary platform and need an engineer who can work both on it and with it. Someone who understands what it takes to develop and maintain a platform while simultaneously shipping production applications on top of one.

You will:

• Build and own full-stack applications in a complex production environment
• Contribute to the internal platform powering those applications
• Participate in incident triage and root cause analysis when things go wrong

You bring:

• 10+ years of experience, 7+ as a Staff / Principal / Lead-level IC
• Hands-on production experience across multiple full-stack frameworks
• Platform development experience — you''ve built or worked closely with internal platforms, not just consumed them
• Real algorithmic thinking: you reach for big-O and data structure tradeoffs as a design tool, not an interview exercise
• Experience shipping to external customers (B2B or B2C) in regulated or otherwise high-stakes environments
• Hands-on cloud experience across both development and deployment — you''ve built for and shipped on cloud infrastructure, not just used hosted services
• Comfort owning the full request lifecycle — frontend to API to database to logs
• Familiarity with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies and how they fit into modern application stacks — conceptual understanding of the landscape is expected, hands-on production experience is a plus
