The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and ensure operational excellence. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive membership growth and meet financial objectives. • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to enhance staff sales and customer service skills. • Ensure a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and member satisfaction. • Oversee quality control for membership sales processes, from initial guest interaction to closing the sale.
