Job description

Company: Bowhead
Duration: 6 month to hire, you will convert perm after 6 months
Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Dahlgren, VA Clearance: Top Secret REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Active Top Secret Clearance (or interim TS clearance) • 3-5+ years of relevant full stack/software development experience • Experience with JavaScript and web application development • Experience with GitLab, version control, and CI/CD pipelines • Experience troubleshooting software, infrastructure, and Azure and/or AWS cloud environments • Experience with automated testing and validating code • Experience with Helm and HashiCorp Vault
  • Knowledge of secure coding and compliance best practices • Strong communication skills and experience working with customers NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with Vue.js, Python Flask, and/or Java Spring • Experience with TypeScript, Docker, and Kubernetes • IaaS, virtualization, and hybrid cloud experience • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and load balancing JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Full Stack Developer to support a federal customer hybrid in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will support the full software and hardware lifecycle, including application development, deployment, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing technical support across cloud and containerized environments. The ideal candidate will have an active TS or interim TS clearance and 3-5+ years of relevant experience supporting full stack development and complex technical environments. This person will develop and maintain web applications, troubleshoot issues across software and cloud infrastructure, support CI/CD processes, and work directly with engineering, IT, and customer teams to resolve deployment and technical challenges. The pay for this role ranges from $46-$56/hour, based on experience.
