Job Description
Campbell Property Group (CPG) is seeking an IT Service & Support Desk Technician to join the Norwest Head Office team. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support, handling hardware/software issues, account management, and basic endpoint security tasks.
You'll troubleshoot PCs, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals, log and resolve incidents within SLAs, and provide guidance on software and system navigation.
