Location: Seattle, WashingtonJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $55 - 59 per hourWe are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate who thrives at the intersection of brand strategy, digital product management, and technical execution. Operating within a high-profile global coffee alliance, this role splits its focus equally (50/50) between managing a core digital ecosystem and driving performance for a premier brand portfolio.As the functional business owner for a flagship global website, you will translate brand priorities into a digital roadmap, optimize web operations, and ensure the brand is positioned at the forefront of modern search (including SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization).Responsibilities:50% Core Web & E-Commerce OperationsDigital Product Ownership: Act as the functional owner for the flagship website roadmap and backlog. Write clear project requirements and translate brand strategies into site enhancements.Website Migration & Strategy: Partner with technical teams to oversee major website migration initiatives, campaign builds, and platform governance.E-Commerce Portfolio Management: Support the execution and growth of the Amazon Storefront and broader e-commerce ecosystem.Budgeting & Frameworks: Manage the Product Fixed Marketing Expense (PFME) budget for digital activations and direct evergreen content frameworks.50% Innovation & Performance HealthCommercialization & Product Launches: Drive the digital launch and executional support for new item pipelines.Business Analytics & Forecasting: Own consumption analysis, portfolio performance tracking, and support commercial teams on long-range enterprise forecasting.Digital Shelf Management: Continuously optimize the digital shelf, monitoring ratings, reviews, and content deployment across retail partner environments.Technical Governance & UATTechnical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between commercial marketing teams and external web development agencies.Launch & Defect Management: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workflows, validate staging environments, manage bug triages, and oversee end-to-end go-live governance.Qualifications:Digital Product & Website Management: Proven experience owning a website roadmap/backlog, writing technical requirements, managing external development agencies, and navigating modern CMS/UX platforms.Technical SEO & AI Readiness: Strong foundational knowledge of technical SEO (structured data/schema architecture) coupled with a forward-thinking awareness of modern digital discoverability, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and LLM/AI optimization.UAT & Web Operations: Hands-on experience bridging business and tech teams by leading UAT, reviewing staging environments, and managing bug triages/tickets.Business Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) with the ability to translate traffic, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics into actionable business recommendations.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to navigate a highly complex, multi-layered corporate stakeholder ecosystem and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.JOBID: 20 Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
