At Codefeast, we specialize in outsourcing top-tier Indian talent to multinational companies (MNCs).We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager to join our team as an Technical Delivery Manager. This role involves managing and coordinating our development team to ensure high-quality technical delivery, maintaining timelines, and aligning with client expectations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and a passion for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Team & Performance Management: Manage the development team, check their progress, and actively work to help them grow their performance.
• Technical Guidance: Provide the team with minimum technical knowledge to effectively screen candidates and understand client requirements.
• Performance Monitoring: Check the daily progress and performance of the entire Developer team to ensure targets are being met and to identify any bottlenecks.
• AI Tool Integration: Utilize AI tools to boost team productivity and streamline the development process.
• Agile Work Environment: Work within an Agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
• Ticketing Tools: Maintain awareness of ticketing tools like Jira to track and manage tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Technical background is preferred.
• Strong management, leadership, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using communication tools like Slack.

Job Details

• Timings: 12 PM IST - 9 PM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: Remote
• Salary: As per the market standards
