Job description
Working at Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is more than just a job. It’s a career. It’s a community of people who invest in your development and empower you to blaze your own trail. Each of us is here to create real, measurable impact that moves needles. We operate beyond "roles" or "jobs" to realize the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a bigger idea. Because we believe that when you build a workforce that’s designed to harness human enterprise, you design a workforce that’s built for impact.
At AGS, we help companies all over the world transform their people into a competitive advantage. It’s not about filling seats. It’s about designing workforces to meet missions and unleash the most transformative power in business today: The power of human enterprise.
With services around the globe, we have a point of view on the future of work that enables us to be a transformative partner in the way work gets done for our clients’ organizations. Meeting clients where they are, we design a plan and guide them along a transformational journey, applying bold actions and diverse minds to solve the most complex challenges – from permanent and extended workforce management to services procurement, consulting, direct sourcing and our Universal Workforce Model™.
We also represent over 100 countries and speak dozens of languages. So as you’re building relationships and doing your job, you’ll be exposed to other cultures and advancement opportunities while expanding your knowledge of global markets and strategies.
We are seeking an experienced Programme Executive to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in London for a 12-month fixed term contract. In this strategic role, you will oversee the delivery of complex, multi-regional programmes, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage programmes of significant scope and complexity across diverse geographical locations.
This role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract and needs an asap starter.
- Lead the planning and execution of global programmes within the MSP environment, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and client requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure effective programme delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance frameworks, monitor performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and clients
- Identify, assess, and manage programme risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as required
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme documentation, including business cases, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the programme lifecycle
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers to support programme delivery
- Conduct regular appraisals of programme team performance and provide coaching to support professional development
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-regional programmes within an MSP or similar environment
- Financial services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of programme management methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and client relationship building
- Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience in developing KPI dashboards and performance metrics
- Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different time zones and cultures
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
At AGS we operate a hybrid working policy – we recognise individuals want the flexibility of working from home but with the option to be in an office. In line with our company policy, employees are expected to work from the office on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our UK AGS office locations are Bracknell, London and Birmingham with client site locations across the UK. If you’re lucky enough to be within a commutable distance of one of our AGS collaborative offices, this will be your allocated work home but you’ll still have the piece of mind to flex your working week accordingly. On occasion some of our job adverts will state an in-office/on-site need but rest assured you’ll be with a wonderful team to work, develop and grow.
We want everyone to be able to perform at their best during our recruitment process and as a Disability Confident Committed employer, we will offer an interview to applicants with a disability or long‑term condition who best meet the minimum or essential criteria for the role. We want our recruitment process to be inclusive and accessible to all, so if you have a disability or long‑term condition (for example dyslexia, anxiety, autism, a mobility condition or hearing loss) and need us to make any adjustments, changes or do anything differently, please let us know by emailing EMEAAGSTAPTeam@allegisglobalsolutions.com and we will do our best to make suitable arrangements.
