Aufgaben
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product owners to build reliable, maintainable pipelines and products
- Design, build, and operate Databricks pipelines using Python, Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines, and Jobs/Workflows
- Use Azure Data Factory for ingestion/orchestration; integrate and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases Ensure pipeline quality via versioning, testing, monitoring, SLAs/SLOs, and automated deployments
- Manage platform costs and pipeline performance.
- Support establishment of standards, reusable templates, and documentation for group-wide use
Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering/Data Science, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on with Databricks (Python, Spark SQL, Lakehouse), Declarative Pipelines, and Jobs/Workflows
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, data modeling, performance tuning, and production data systems DataOps mindset: versioning, testing, automated deployments, observability, robust release processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork; independent, solution-oriented; very good English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview. This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
