The Role • Prepare insurance quotes for customers. • Advise customers on appropriate coverage options. • Convert quotes into new insurance policies. • Build rapport with customers through persuasive communication. • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • 2 years of prior sales experience OR professional office/call center experience OR an Associate's degree or higher. • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to work comfortably in a high-volume call center environment. • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
