Veeva Vault Product Manager – Clinical SME | Remote | FTE

We are hiring an experienced Veeva Vault Product Manager / Clinical Systems SME with strong expertise in Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS & eTMF) and clinical trial operations.

Key Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of experience delivering/leading regulated enterprise or clinical systems initiatives

• Deep hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical – CTMS & eTMF

• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations & clinical systems workflows

• Experience with system integrations (CTMS ↔ eTMF/EDC/Data Lakes/Repositories)

• Experience with Siebel CTMS

• Experience with Veeva Managed Services / vendor escalations

• Experience with GxP validation, release & environment management

• Familiarity with Agile / DevOps methodologies

• Knowledge of clinical metrics & reporting tools

• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills

• Experience with CTMS migration/transformation, preferably Siebel CTMS to Veeva Vault Clinical
