Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning Consultant with strong expertise in o9 Solutions and Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting supply chain planning solutions, integrating Oracle SCM applications, and optimizing business processes across demand planning, supply planning, workforce planning, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain solutions.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Oracle SCM.
- Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong experience with Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP), ASCP, Planning Central, or related Oracle planning modules.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
- Knowledge of Workforce Planning, Care Team Planning, Capacity Planning, or Resource Planning.
- Strong understanding of:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Production Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
