• Hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, and DB2 coding, testing, and debugging
• IBM OS/JCL (MVS)
• CICS
• IBM DB2
• Experience developing supportive documentation
• Experience in usability testing (participating with users in system testing of programs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
• Overall technical and IT experience
• IDMS/DC to CICS Conversion
• IDMS to DB2 Conversion
