Junior Cloud Software Engineer [$280k/yr+] TS/SCI-FS Poly with Security Clearance

Summary: • Provide cloud software research and development across Linux and Windows platforms. • Develop distributed applications and analytic software utilizing modern cloud and big data technologies. • Design RESTful web services, implement algorithms, and monitor cluster performance.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 3+ years • Total Compensation: $280k+ yearly Job Description: • Conduct cloud software research, design, implementation, and sustainment across full system lifecycles. • Develop applications using Java, C, C++, and JavaScript in Linux and Windows environments. • Implement and maintain distributed processing frameworks using Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Pig, HBase, Accumulo, and Bigtable. • Perform requirements analysis, software evaluation, integration, testing, and validation. • Design and integrate RESTful web services and algorithm development for analytic capabilities. • Monitor cluster environments and resolve operational issues utilizing Nagios.
