Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Front End JavaScript Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js and modern web application development. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.

Prior Capital One experience is mandatory. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based development, state management, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Front-End Development.

• Previous Capital One experience is mandatory.

• Strong expertise in Vue.js development.

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience building responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.

• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development.

• Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex or Pinia.

• Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.

• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM.

• Experience with Git and version control best practices.

• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and browser compatibility.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Vue.js.

• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and intuitive user experiences.

• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and performance.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and QA engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Familiarity with Node.js and front-end build pipelines.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.

• Financial Services or Banking domain experience is a plus.
