Role: Facets Configuration SME (Lead Level)

Summary of the role:

We are looking for a Facets SME who can support hands on configuration across the product components – but very strong in the claim analysis and troubleshooting. They should be able to meet with others and explain best practices, coach resources on how to fix configuration problems and include claim automation. They should understand pricing (NetworX knowledge is a strong plus but realize this is a sub specialty) and payments – They should also understand enrollment and data flows.

Resource must be charismatic, communicative and engaging at both a worker level and leader level
