Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Analyze requirements and develop functional test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
2. Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
3. Identify, document, track, and validate defects through resolution.
4. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to support testing and release activities.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	Experience in software functional testing, including test case development, test execution, defect management, and SDLC processes.
Technical Skills	Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Test Case Development, Test Data Management, Defect Tracking, SQL, API Testing
Business / Domain Skills	Software Quality Assurance, Requirements Validation, SDLC, Defect Management, Business Process Testing, Release Management
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing web-based or enterprise applications.
2. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and common test management tools.
3. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
