We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to own and extend an AI-driven platform powering modern customer support operations.

What you’ll build & own:
• AI conversation classification using OpenAI GPT-4o, AWS Bedrock & SentenceTransformers
• Event-driven serverless architecture with AWS Lambda + SQS
• Integrations with Gladly, Sierra AI, Shopify, Zoho CRM & SimpleSat
• React/TypeScript analytics dashboards with New Relic NRQL
• Gladly configurations, customizations & agent productivity tools
• AI agents that can interact intelligently with customer queries

🔹 Required Skills:
✅ Python, FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic & pytest
✅ AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB & Secrets Manager
