Job Description

Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum

Location: Burgess Hill, West Sussex

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm Friday)

What you'll be doing

You'll programme, set, and operate Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls, working on high-precision components for the power electronics sector. You'll support the production team with assembly work and general factory duties, manage stock movements, and report directly to the CNC Supervisor.

What you'll bring

Advanced experience programming and operating Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls is desirable. You'll need a minimum of 5 years in a CNC milling machining role and 2 years specifically programming CNC machines with Heidenhain controls, or similar. You can read engineering drawings, communicate effectively with the sales and production teams, and maintain full compliance with health and safety procedures. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team are important.

Additional information
