  1. True BA orientation — owns requirements, not configuration
  2. 5+ years SAP EWM (or WM) business analysis experience
  3. Regulated industry experience — GxP, SOX, CSV, FDA 21 CFR Part 11
  4. Master Data or Internal Process specialization (per role)
  5. Strong artifact discipline — Jira, Signavio, BPS, traceability
  6. Testing readiness ownership — Dry Run, BST, UAT
  7. Operates independently under BPO leadership
  8. Comfortable partnering with SI (TCS) configuration teams
  9. Strong stakeholder facilitation — BPOs, SMEs, warehouse users
  10. US-based with travel availability to Jacksonville, FL (Southeast US preferred)
