Footwear Sales Associate

Compensation: Total compensation for this position can be $18 - $20/hour, depending on performance (with commissions and incentives included).

Schedule:

20 Hours/Week; flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Greet customers, check customers in and out of rooms, while monitoring the amount of merchandise the customer has in the fitting room * Prepares merchandise (buttons, zips, etc.) to return to the selling floor * Answer all incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and pleasant disposition * Learn product knowledge to assist customers and partner effectively with sales associates * Be knowledgeable to answer questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise, and direct customers to the correct associate when necessary * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fitting room environment

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have or be in pursuit of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.

Medium work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
