Job Description

As a Cross-Functional SAP Architect, youplay a key role in helping clients transform their business by deliveringintegrated, end-to-end solutions across Supply Chain (SCM), Procurement (PRC),Finance (FIN), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You will assist indefining the architectural vision and scope for initiatives, ensuring solutionsare aligned to enterprise strategy.

KeyResponsibilities

• Design of cross-functional SAP solutions spanning SCM,Procurement, Finance, and EAM, ensuring alignment across existing end-to-endbusiness processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Asset Lifecycle)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and shaperequirements, translating them into scalable, integrated architecturalsolutions
• Provide guidance to delivery teams across multiple SAPdomains
• Design and oversee complex enterprise SAP landscapesthat are secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-aligned (e.g. Azure-hostedenvironments)
• Ensure integration and data consistency across SAPmodules and interfacing systems, including master data and process harmonizationwithin best practice solution
• Drive standardisation, simplification, and optimisationof business processes across supply chain, finance, procurement, and assetmanagement
• Act as a liaison between functional, technical, and projectteams, ensuring alignment to architecture, governance, and deliveryoutcomes
• Own solution design and lead solution deliveryincluding project and resource planning
• Able to map organisation change impact and buildadoption strategies

RequiredSkills and Experience

• 10+ years solution architect in complex program
• Proven experience delivering multiple SAPimplementations with cross-functional scope (SCM, PRC, FIN, EAM) Demonstratedexperience in architecting end-to-end SAP solutions across integrated businessprocesses
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability tolead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across functional andtechnical domains
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworksand SAP delivery methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate)
• Architected complex integrationlandscapes spanning SAP and non-SAP platforms, ensuring secure, scalable, andresilient end-to-end process orchestration.
• Able to define enterprise master datagovernance models and data ownership frameworks, enabling consistent andtrusted information across finance, procurement, supply chain, and asset managementprocesses.
• Deep understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations,and master data architecture
• SAP certification in multiple process area/modules
• Experience delivering SAP solutions withinAustralian Federal Government or secure environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology andS/4HANA transformation programs
• Exposure to industry-specific data models andregulatory requirements (e.g. public sector, defence, utilities)
• Experience designingsolutions across asset-intensive and supply chain-driven organisation
