Job Description

Manufacturing Engineering Manager<br />Onsite in Hampshire<br />Up to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits<br />SC Clearance Eligible (candidates can start on BPSS) We're looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead a talented team responsible for introducing and supporting the manufacture of complex electromechanical products.

You'll play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacture, Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Engineering strategy, ensuring products transition smoothly from design into production.

The role Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers.<br />Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.<br />Develop and optimise manufacturing processes.<br />Support Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).<br />Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement projects.<br />Support Production, Supply Chain and Engineering teams.<br />Drive PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem solving.<br />Manage manufacturing documentation including BOMs, work instructions and testing procedures.

About you You'll ideally have experience within:

Manufacturing Engineering leadership.<br />Low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing.<br />Electromechanical products.<br />PCB-based assemblies.<br />Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.<br />Continuous Improvement.<br />NPI and process development.<br />Cross-functional stakeholder management.
